- New users receive one free report

6. Service Limitations
During our early access phase, the following limitations apply:
- Maximum video length: 25 minutes
- English language videos only
- Laptop review videos only
- Videos must have available captions/subtitles
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Sincer.info and protected by intellectual property laws. The reports generated are for your personal use. The original video content remains the property of the respective content creators.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we continuously work to improve our AI-powered extraction technology and strive to deliver accurate and comprehensive analysis of video content, we cannot guarantee that the service will always achieve 100% accuracy or completeness. The quality of results may be influenced by various factors including video audio quality, caption accuracy, language clarity, and content complexity. Our reports are designed to assist your research and decision-making process, but should not be considered a substitute for reviewing the original video content, especially for critical purchasing decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sincer.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on our reports.
